All free wig orders must be placed after we have received the patient form filled out by you and the hospital's oncology social worker along with the hospital stamp, we will send you an email letting you know we have received your paperwork you will then choose on our wig donation page the wig you want and we will ship it to you for $1.00 plus shipping cost only.
