Wig Return Policy

Items must be postmarked within 5 business days of the received item in new condition for exchange only. Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be odor-free. No returns on Henry Margu Wigs. Human Hair wigs, Specialty wigs, Sale wigs, and Theatrical wigs under $60.00, all accessories & clearance sale items,  are FINAL SALES.*

There is a 20% restocking fee and second shipping fee.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 
Only one exchange per order is allowed. If you would like to make another exchange after the second wig unfortunately, you will have to place a new order and keep the exchange wig.
