Wig Return Policy

Items must be postmarked within 5 business days of the received item in new condition for exchange only. Items cannot be worn or tried on, must be in the original packaging with all tags attached, and be odor-free. Henry Margu wigs, Human Hair wigs, Envy wigs, Sale wigs and Theatrical wig under $40.00, all accessories, clearance sale items, and price matched items are FINAL SALE.*
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 
Only one exchange per order is allowed. If you would like to make another exchange after the second wig unfortunately, you will have to  place a new order and keep the exchange wig.

All sales final for vintage. Shipping fee will be added for clothing, there will be no shipping fee for jewelry over $100.00 We will update and contact you with the price of shipping before we send.
